After reviewing your application, we'll schedule a video call to discuss your skills, the opportunity in detail, and answer your questions. If there's mutual interest, we'll invite you to join the founding board and begin collaboration.

This is a profit-sharing collaboration for founding members. There are no upfront salaries or hourly payments. Founders earn through equal equity ownership and profit distributions as Sovio generates revenue. View our Revenue Model for details.

Yes! All founding team members work remotely with flexible schedules. We value output over hours. Most roles require 10-25 hours per week initially, with flexibility to adjust as the project progresses.
